The Access Hillcrest App contains friendly search features that gives you the ability to search parking locations, be it stalls, garages or lots; by price point; location; time; etc. The app also provides information on the FREE community trolley service including trolley stops, trolley routes and more.
Over 35 restaurants and retailers in the Hillcrest community have agreed to offer validation. These businesses are helping to alleviate the cost of parking by giving you the ability to receive parking credits for visiting their establishments. You can easily search the app to locate businesses that offer validation.

What is Access Hillcrest?
Access Hillcrest is a comprehensive parking campaign created by the Uptown Community Parking District that strives to inform the public of the availability and accessibility of parking in Hillcrest.
What is the Uptown Community Parking District?
The Uptown Parking Advisory Board is elected from members of the various neighborhood committees. Their plans address parking inventory/supply, uniformity of parking allocation, traffic circulation, public information, public transit and comprehensive system management.
